This event offers an opportunity to end the day with a beautiful yoga class in the urban oasis of Kaktos. After connecting with the practice we will share a drink presenting our project of sharing a lifestyle that enhances body movement and mindfulness, promoting greater awareness.

Sharing a trek and yoga retreat, immersed in nature, meeting new people is a unique experience that teaches you something that you carry with you for the rest of your life. As in all our events, we accompany the day’s activity with serene yoga practices to stretch the muscles and reduce injuries related to the sport.
